Today is my mother dearest's birthday.
By education, she's a nurse, but I know her as
the gardener extraordinaire
and a maker of all things beautiful.
She's a sewer and interior designer
and a homework helper and teacher and
wound cleaner upper
and
the most amazing mother ever.
